Q1. How to request a ruturn?

The customer will receive a response within 48 hours of the request. The request for a return has to be done within 48 hours of receiving the order. The refund will be processed only if it is made within 7 to 9 days of receiving the order.

Q2. What should be done in case a product with damages or defects is delivered to me?

A return will be accepted only under the following circumstances:
>Product with a manufacturing defect
>Incomplete product
>Wrong Product
>Damaged Product
>Incorrect product
>Dead on Arrival
We will require the customers to attach clear pictures of the defect/ damage and another picture of the entire product to verify the authenticity of such claims. If it is possible, the unpacking video will also be of help to verify.
The request for a refund will be processed only if the request for a return is placed within 48 hours.

Q3. Will I be receiving a full refund for my returned product?

The customer will not be receiving a full refund if they wish to return the product. 12.5% of the amount paid will be held back for transactions and transportation fees. The partial refund will be available only if the request for a return is made within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. The process for refund will be initiated within a period of 7-9 days.

Q4. How to return the product?

Once our back-end team accepts your request for return, the product has to be carefully put back in its original packaging intact with all the tags, without leaving any accessories or equipment it came with. Only then will our delivery team accept the product for return.

Q5. Will it be possible to get replacement for the same product instead of a refund?

Yes, it is possible if these criteria apply:
>Product with a manufacturing defect
>Incomplete product
>Wrong Product
>Damaged Product
>Incorrect product
>Dead on Arrival
The customer will have to request a replacement by reaching out to our team through our Whatsapp number 96870 96870 (OR) Email: hello@spayci.com
The replacement will be done completely free of cost!
Remember, the replacement option can be exercised only if the request for return is made within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Q6. Will it be possible to get an exchange of the product instead of a refund?

Unfortunately, our policies don’t allow an exchange option. Customers can either choose to return or receive a replacement for the same product.

Q7.Can I return the product if I don't like it or if I have a change of mind?

Unfortunately you will not be able to return such products that don’t tick any of the criteria listed below:
